Apr 2020. 2. You contact TC Acoustic and begin the return process within 45 days from the original shipment date, 3. The product is returned in the original Sonos packaging, with all materials included, and in new or as-new condition. 4. You strictly follow the Sonos return instructions as set out in the form
Only the Sonos One, Sonos One SL and Sonos Beam are applicable for return.
Stands and mounts purchased during this period are also non-refundable.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, it's a 100% payment for the new Sonos products you are purchasing.
How do I start the return / refund process?
Simply fill up this form within 45 days from the day that you receive your product and our customer service team will follow up with you to arrange for the collection and refund.
What if my speakers are damaged during the 45-day period?
We are sorry but the products will not be eligible for a refund any longer.
When and how will I receive my refund?
You can expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 working days. Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original purchase payment.
